Maintenance contract payments are taken monthly via a simple standing order and, as we don't believe in tying customers down with lengthy minimum terms and are fully confident that the service we provide is 1 st rate - have just a 30 day cancellation period if you're not totally satisfied.
Call-out Contracts
Call out Contracts offer some of the main benefits of a Full Contract and are a good solution for clients who want a guaranteed response time to call-outs.
Call out Contracts Include;

- NO Call-out Charges
- FREE Telephone Support
- FREE Remote Support
- 1 Hour labour FREE per month (Subsequent Labour & parts are additional)

Facilities Management Service
We also offer our Clients the option of a Facilities Management / Administration Service, whereby we can provide you with a Support Engineer onsite each month to carry out your network Administration task.
The Service starts from a minimum of one day per month up to full-time onsite support.

Project Management Service
Alliband Business Services Ltd believes in providing total support in every aspect of your IT requirements.
It is for this reason we offer a Project management service to ensure any IT projects your organisation is undertaking run smoothly from start to finish.
This may include;
- Managing a move to new premises (where you need to transfer Telephone lines, Broadband Services & Equipment plus install network cabling etc)
- Setting up new / remote offices
- Expanding the potential of your existing premises
