You will be asked to come to this page by an Alliband engineer when he/she needs to connect remotely to your computer. The software we use is commercially supported, and uses military strength encryption to protect the connection between your computer and ours.

Security Notice

Rest assured, each time we connect to your computer we require your authorisation code – which is uniquely generated for you each and every time you run the software below. Nobody else is able to connect to your computer during this time, and once the session is over, nobody will be able to connect to your computer remotely.
